Car in good condition no issues

Long wait at collection point despite 5 staff on duty

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Counter staff very helpful and the colleague at the collection point was really helpful

Not use again simply because on picking car up, we were told that we were not covered for anything on car unless we paid €188 for their insurance. I had paid extra when booking the car for initially for coverage. They told me at counter it doesn’t count and we would be charged for anything wrong on return of car. We opted not to take it but puts an amount of anxiety on you during by whole holiday.

Terrible organisation. Looks cheap on the face of it but then they bully you into taking additional cover when you arrive. Had already paid for extra insurance on time of booking and was told this wasn't sufficient and was useless and was then charged an additional 176 euros on top of the £80 i'd already paid in additional cover. Would never use this company again.
