Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . i arrived at airport no car no shuttle your phone when called went to voice message your company stinks left me with two kids in a bind had to rent from dollar cars i was lucky they had one i could rent.i talk to shuffle operator sand one check to see why i was waiting over one in a half hour and it showed up that you closed at 10 pm confirmed my reservation earlier that moring.i will never use you again and tell everyone to stay away from you.

I was extremely disappointed with not being able to use my own insurance! No where did easycar mention the four only insurance companies one switch accepted. I ended up paying almost double than what I booked.

This deal was a scam. It was not obvious that specific insurers were accepted otherwise they would tack on lot of charges. If you carried Platinum credit card, these charges can be waived. I will never rent from here again and will tell my friends to intentionally avoid One Switch. Terrible experience all and all.
