The staff wasn't clear about the fuel charge and they charged me double the real price

Overall, very satisfied. Arrived at the airport in the evening, around 8 PM local time. There weren't many people at the rental counter, so I didn't have to wait in line and was assisted immediately. After completing the paperwork, I went to the first floor to pick up the car. There was no queue there either (super lucky, as many have mentioned long wait times for pick-up). From start to finish, it took less than half an hour to get the car and start the journey. When returning the car, I waited briefly, mainly to ensure the staff confirmed everything was fine before leaving. Didn't want to resolve issues via email. Thankfully, everything went smoothly and safely. Very satisfied!

It's just okay.

The car wasn’t clean , it has a bad smell , the petroleum wasn’t full . They didn’t accept a credit card with enough amounts that was expected in many countries. They charges wasn’t clear for me and after I return the car they charge an d they didn’t send me an invoice with details. Very bad experience with a bad company.

They charge me full insurance because which I pay for it (full insurance at your website) it's yours and I have to collect any damage from you so they book 4k D then I told them no I need also from you full insurance therefore I pay 336 D addition.
