It took too long to get my car. It wasn’t before the queue but I think the lady was incompetent.Bad

The return service was relatively satisfactory, but the pickup service left much to be desired. An elderly lady during the pickup process was quite impatient. She became visibly annoyed when asked about the discrepancy between the vehicle model and the name of the bank collecting the payment versus the rental company listed on the order. Additionally, the 1000 EUR deposit was not reflected in the contract, which led to further inquiries from the customer, to which she responded with irritation. She even mentioned canceling the rental without the customer's consent and sarcastically asked if this was the customer's first time renting a car. Since the pickup occurred late and the customer was already fatigued from a long journey, the poor rental experience affected the mood of the trip. Greater caution will be exercised when selecting a vehicle model and rental company in the future.

Pretty good, they helped upgrade the car model.

The service was enthusiastic. When encountering an issue with the car model, they didn't just brush it off but resolved it patiently.

Counter staff was unhelpful. Said we did not book a small SUV even though Easyrentcars said we did.
