Awful from start to finish.

They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.

They charged me for insurance I do need or asked for and made it perfectly clear I have my own full coverage insurance. When I called back I was hung up on

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

To our surprise Rightcars did not accept our insurance coverage from Canada. we were requested proof of coverage from a US insurance company therefore we were obliged to pay an extra $204.00 US to keep us covered. We have been travelling for over 12 years and it is the first time we encounter this problem. Other rental companies accept that we are covered by an insurance company from Canada.
