Car could have been bigger

Couple of minor scratches and rear indicator block told garage attendant who made a note on pink sljip

The Advantage staff at the counter insisted that I need to buy their insurance despite of having super cover insurance and telling me that the police will fine me for not having proper insurance, after I denied he started showing a very bad attitude. I was given a smaller car, dirty and involved in an accident. This is a second time having a very bad experience with Advantage.

Everything was excellent.

When I picked the car up the attendant stated the car was in perfect condition, this was not correct, I found the rear off side light cluster to be broken, there was a big dent in the front off side hood, the front near side bumper had come away from the clips which meant it was forward of its original position, there was a small dent in the near side rear door, and other little marks which all had to be reported to the attendant before I moved the vehicle. If I and my wife had not noticed these indentations and damage I could have been blamed for them which in turn could have cost us a lot of money, I strongly suggest your vehicles are correctly checked BEFORE being given to a customer. Otherwise the car performed most adequately and was extremely good on fuel, (which I left half a tank in).

Very disappointed with the woman who served us, very rude with a bad attitude.

Wait at pick up was far too long. Encouraged to purchase toll package when highway toll system was not explained clearly.
