This is a new car rental company with only one staff member. There was a slight delay during pick-up and drop-off due to some minor issues, but the service was still very good. There were few formalities for picking up the car and almost nothing to fill out, so I got the car quickly. The car's condition was good with just over 40,000 kilometers on it, and it was fuel-efficient, consuming slightly over 4 liters per 100 kilometers.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only criticism was that the car entertainment system was in another language as it was an imported car. We were unable to play the radio or Bluetooth our phones to play music. GPS was also unusable. It was a lovely car in all other ways though.

Very accommodating staff, came in early so I could drop off the vehicle early to catch a flight. Fast and efficient drop off and pick up process. Excellent customer service!!

Awesome customer service. Easy process on pick up makes it fast to hire the vehicle and be on your way. Great fleet of vehicles. Will always use Top Rental when I hire in New Zealand.
