We waited over an hour to get our car. It was the longest wait I have ever experienced. When you return the car, the attendant would barely talk to me. I would like confirmation that the car has been inspected and that is is satisfactory.

Booking was easy and the email & text communication was good.

When I picked up the car, it was snowing heavily in Boston, and there was no one at the reception area. The attendant was very patient with me. Since I had to return the car early in the morning, the attendant patiently called to check if self-service return was possible. Due to an issue with the insurance on my order, it took a long time, and I ended up changing to an order with insurance. The entire car rental process took nearly half an hour, but the attendant was not annoyed. Considering that I was driving to Richmond, he offered me a larger car and repeatedly reminded me to be careful because of the snowy conditions in Boston. (Indeed, the roads were very slippery that day, and I could only drive at less than 10 km/h. Even slight acceleration made the wheels slip, but the roads were much better the next day.)

This is the second time I’ve booked with Budget and they always seem to keep it quick and simple. No hidden fees and the absolute best prices around.

The site was so easy to navigate and made finding the best deal a synch!

The electronic toll charges in Boston was not known to me and I have to call budget hotline to understand. It will be better it is stated in the contract or email

The price protector is good but I have yet to see the refunds(I have rebooked at a lower price) coming back to my credit card. So I hope the price difference will credit back without me emailing or calling.
