I recommend not choosing Budget. The line is long, and the staff are slow, with a few employees handling things inefficiently. I reserved a Camry or a similar model, but on-site, only a Kia and another car were available to choose from. They aggressively pushed for extra insurance and a fuel deposit, among others. I've rented cars in the U.S. multiple times, and this was the worst experience.
