They automatically add roadside assistance and PAI without asking foreign customers, charging an extra $20 per day. The counter staff deceive customers by claiming these services were already included in the booking and don't require additional payment. Do not click 'agree' on the machine or sign any document without reviewing the contract first. If the deposit exceeds $200, it means extra services have been added that weren't part of your original reservation.

Overall service was good, recommended upgrading to a better car model and using the ETC service.

A large and reliable rental company. The car was nearly new with only around 6,000 miles driven.
