Overall, a pleasing experience. Car condition wasn't exactly cleaned. There's some dents and scratches as well. However I am satisfied.

The size of the car is just nice for 2 pax with 2 big luggage and 2 small luggage.

The handing over and taking over process was very fast and the transaction is very transparent. The customer service was friendly and they are able to communicate in english.

The car was in good condition, but the best of Tamra is the manager which able to communicate in English makes the whole rental process so much easier. Korea is lacking one big thing is english speaking which will make their tourism even better. The car deals are also the cheapest you can book through the web.

First time using this platform, will give better comments if there is future use of this platform. Overall no problem in using this app.

We booked a Kia Morning but they gave us a Chevrolet Spark instead. Besides that, their customer support is slow. I called to ask for help but they replied me on the next day. Luckily it wasn't any urgent matters, Tamra can work better in this. Other than that, everything is good!
