SOUTH KOREA CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Super friendly service and the paperwork was really quick and easy.

Everything was smooth. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted extra insurance and we decided to buy it.

Super quick and convenient pickup – handled everything right inside the airport, and when we came back, we just dropped it at the airport parking lot, they checked it on the spot and the handover was done immediately. So hassle-free! The car even smelled great inside. Honestly one of my best rental experiences!

jeju OK rent a car’s overall service was great. Pickup was super quick and hassle-free, and all the paperwork was done on their self-service machines, so everything was wrapped up in no time.

Super smooth experience—picked up the car in under a minute, which was awesome. Only downside was the car was a bit dirty.

Pickup and return were both super smooth and hassle‑free.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The price was really budget-friendly.

Big, well-organized company with plenty of car models to choose from.

They had staff who spoke English, so communication was really smooth.

Other than that, just follow the airport signs and hop on the free shuttle bus.

Business seems a bit slow and they mostly serve local Korean customers. Their prices are really cheap, and while their marketing is just so‑so, the staff are super friendly and patient. Even though we didn’t share a language, using a translation app was enough to communicate clearly. Overall the rental experience was very good, and the return process was super efficient—it took no more than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Super convenient, and the instructions were really clear and detailed.

Super quick and easy paperwork, smooth pick-up and return, really close to Jeju airport, and the airport shuttle is very convenient.

Super convenient and the staff are really polite – just message them on WhatsApp and you’re all set!
