Bad customer service and no protection of credit card payment details

Traffic jam when close to the return location suggested to leave early to drop off the car

Actually it is not so convenient to collect and drop off the car outside from airport given the big luggage we have. Besides, it will be better to provide the driver with full tank of fuel when we collect the car as we do not know how much we need to fuel up before we return. I would say this policy was unfair to the driver.

Car was excellent but natural gas so had to look for specific stations

The customer service staff can speak very good English and communicate very well.

We didn't know it was an electric car or was notified about it. Of course there was nothing wrong/different driving an electric car (eventhough we had no experience with one) but we had to find the car charger according to the membership they gave us, which was not applicable just anywhere. We had their contact number but Tamra was not responsive. We were given a new gps which does not work with telephone numbers, hence finding location on the gps is not as easy as well. Locations don't just pop-up one our first search and we wasted quite abit of time searching and also finding the right charger.
