No issue with easy Renta-car but if I could replay I wouldn't use TAMRA. Limited hours and too much

Everything is fine, however at that time, a staff is not friendly at pickup point. The rest is fine.

At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

Value for money.

The GPS system didn’t run smoothly So I forgot it and use the phone for navigation.

The car was dirty and not cleaned properly. The windscreen wasn't cleaned properly and was difficult to see through at night. The car condition wasn't great - there were issues with the gear which didn't affect the drive however you could hear sounds when you were turning the steering wheel to the left. The wheel didn't have enough air either. It was a bit of a hassle having to take a shuttle bus from the airport to collect the car. Waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive, and waiting for other passengers took some time.

Everything was smooth from booking till the day we arrived to pick up the car. I really appreciated their sales support, Megan responded to us very fast via email, as they was flight delay. So we informed them about the changed of pick up time. good job!
