Prefer to have full tank during pickup and to return in full. Easier for us to start and drive to our destination while we get used to the environment before we required to search for petrol station.

To update the status of car and availability of car as some issue with car not available after booking done.

just one staff can communicate with us by english and poor instruction to pick up location

The car aircon was not very cold and at times the gas meter was not showing the petrol accurately. I enjoyed the Bluetooth and radio station as the equipment worked well.

Would highly recommend the company although with a few inconvenient experience with the oil meter.

Counter staff was very polite. I received whatsapp messages to inform me the shuttle bus services was over and was directed to a youtube video to know the directions to the pickup point. Video was clear and easy to understand. There were lots of scratches on the exterior of the car which can be repaired so as to improve the overall outlook of the vehicle and also for the driver. But the value and vehicle engine works well for my case, so I have nothing major to complaint.
