Extremely satisfied with the car rental

Great service attitude, and the vehicle was in excellent condition.

Everything else was fine, but when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told the model we booked wasn't available. We had no choice but to switch to another car. We intended to drive a familiar car, which was disappointing. The good thing is that when we got lost returning the car at the airport, the staff came to pick it up.

National were very helpful and even upgraded our car. Very easy and professional throughout.

Easy to book and we are sure we got the best value.

National should include spouses as free second driver like most companies do.

Far cheaper than trying to book through National or other companies direct! Also better availability, was a real help!
