This time, I opted for this company mainly for convenience with cross-border travel, but the service was really disappointing—perhaps that’s just how service is in Serbia. During business hours, repeatedly calling the contact number provided for pickup resulted in no one answering or the calls being hung up, which was extremely frustrating.
