They didn’t allow an early pickup and asked us to wait. After waiting for three hours, they informed us the car was ready. They tried to sell us insurance but didn’t insist since we had full coverage through the rental platform. When returning the car, the front mudguard had a small white scratch, likely from another driver, and we were charged €180 for repairs. The rental location isn’t at the airport, so you have to call them to send a shuttle, which takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport.
