I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

This is an scam!!! You end paying much more than the amount quoted. Insurance policy is the worst. They force you to buy their insurance even when you do not need it. And you can not cancel your reservation because they refuse to do it there and their automated system goes over and over to the selection option. Cancel your reservation is impossible. Do not rent cars with this company, they are liars. And they don't give you the car you selected even when you have paid more than standard.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

To our surprise Rightcars did not accept our insurance coverage from Canada. we were requested proof of coverage from a US insurance company therefore we were obliged to pay an extra $204.00 US to keep us covered. We have been travelling for over 12 years and it is the first time we encounter this problem. Other rental companies accept that we are covered by an insurance company from Canada. Even though Our insurance company sent them proof of our coverage they did not accept. FIRST AND LAST TIME WE BOOK WITH RIGHTCARS.
