Tire wouldn’t keep air, car rode rough

It is a scam! They tell you $11 a day for car. If you want their car you must purchase their insurance, and toll pass from them. By the time you are done, you are paying over $180 a day for a Ford Fiesta. The guys at the counter was very nice! We refused to rent a car from them, so they took us back to the airport.

Our biggest frustration was the return address. When entered into GPS as 2929 S Federal Hy, Fort Lauderdale, it sent us 20 miles south. We finally found it on SE 6th Ave. A map or more instruction would have prevented this frustration!

Worst experience ever, never booking with this company again, and telling everyone i know never to book them either.

The platform was okay no issues

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

False information about toll roads and insisting on paying 13.99 per day to cover tolls which we did not need at all. They said all Florida highways were toll roads. Arriving very tired and having to deal with this was very upsetting and disappointing.
