No upselling, good service attitude

The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.

The store is near the airport exit, making it relatively easy to find. After arriving at the store, we waited in line for about 15 minutes. During the procedure, the staff recommended additional insurance but did not force us to buy it. After completing the pickup procedure, we waited for about 15 minutes before the staff handed us the car keys and informed us of the car's location. It took us about 5 minutes to find the car. We had originally booked a Peugeot 5008 (7-seater), but upon pickup, we were upgraded to a Nissan X-Trail (7-seater). The vehicle was relatively new and well-equipped. Although there were a few noticeable scratches on the body that had not been repaired, it did not affect the driving.

The service at Europcar was excellent.

Staff at Roissy airport agency very unpleasant and not accomodating. the car was very dirty (seats dirty and dog fur inside) and car body very damaged (10 existing damages). at middle travel, the car had a lack of oil so we have to find europcar in Brive for filling.
