Superb! Highly recommended! Besides being very cheap, the staff were extremely friendly and patient. We arrived late, but they specially arranged for someone to pick us up and give us the car. Everything went very smoothly.

Tianyi is really great. I originally booked an XV, but they upgraded me to a Forester for free. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. Special thanks to Jijilim for driving us back to the hotel after we returned the car. Fantastic service!

The entire process was very smooth with only a hiccup on pick up. There was some trouble contacting the office to arrange for pick up, but once that was solved, the entire experience was excellent. Advice future customers contact the office a day before they fly in to avoid the problems I encountered.

The staff is very polite and even make me aware of the traffic rules, Do’s and Don’ts, safety etc. They went through with me in great details and ensure the car is in good condition. The staff even speaks my language.
