Very very good, no problem before, during or after.

The staff at the counter was very patient. Knowing that we had a large group and lots of luggage, they proactively upgraded us to a larger vehicle. Very satisfied, nice!

A few hours after picking up the car, I noticed the windshield washer wasn't working. I returned to the rental location and got a replacement vehicle. The customer service was quick. The second car wasn't filled up completely, but the staff noted it in the system, allowing for a return with an empty tank. The return process was smooth.

I returned the car three hours late, but after a brief chat with the staff, they waived the fee. Awesome.

The process was simple, the service was warm and attentive, and both picking up and returning the car were fast and convenient!
