The car provided surpassed expectations. Initially, I booked an XC60, but they gave me an XC90 instead, which was a pleasant surprise. If there's anything to complain about, it's that the car is too large and not easy to park.

The car was an upgrade to our original booking (Twingo to Clio) Drove well enough on long drives but was jerky in stop/start traffic. The staff were excellent and helpful for collection and return.

Dislike: The high damage deposit combined with the location not being open when I dropped off the vehicle. It was very unsettling, but worked out. It would’ve been much nicer if the location was open when I dropped it off, it wasn’t very early, about 7:30 local time.
