It's great that adding a second driver and a child seat is free, but make sure the second driver is present!

Counter staff was great at answering questions.

The service at the pickup point was extremely poor, they gave us a hard time and didn't allow us to inspect the car.

Very good all round. Excellent value, as expected car was a few years old with a few minor imperfections which were noted by and photographed by agent at pick up. On return agent inspected car and noted we had returned car with no damage caused by ourselves. Seemed very easy and fair

Offered very good value for money , easy to use and clear about what all the different providers offered. Is now my preferred choice for car rental
