The pickup process was fine, but returning the car was very problematic. The navigation provided was incorrect, leading us to someone else's parking lot. That parking lot allowed entry but not exit, and there were spikes on the ground which caused a flat tire when we returned to their parking lot. They charged over $300 for the tire replacement, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very poor car rental experience.

There were cockroaches in the car, and the car condition was average.

There is a somewhat unreasonable clause. You can pick up the car before the scheduled time, but you must note that the return time will be accordingly earlier (no notification, direct fee deduction). If you pick up the car after the scheduled time, the return time will not be extended, and it remains as per the original booking.

It's been over a month and the deposit hasn't been refunded.

Picking up the car at Orlando Airport was very convenient. After completing the paperwork, you can go to the parking garage across the street and pick up the car, with the key already inside. Returning the car in Key West was also easy. Since I had an early flight, the office wasn't open yet, so I parked the car on the first level and put the key in a black drop box. Overall, it was very convenient. Because I had no prior experience, I did not rent or purchase a SUN PASS card. I drove through a SUN PASS lane and expect to receive a toll fine, but I have not yet received any notification.
