Green Motion was not worth the savings. Terrible car, terrible service.

The car was dirty and seats were stained. Lowest end model car with limited standard features. No bluetooth, no automatic windows... very basic four wheels to get from point A to point B. The worst was that the car had 1/8 of a tank of gas when we picked it up at 9PM. We complained but there was nothing they could do. This seemed to be standard operating procedure for this place. I would not ever rent from Green Motion again. The phone number to call for pickup from airport was ringing busy for the first 10 minutes we called. We just had to keep calling back until the phone line was available. I would guess they do not have call waiting.

Easy Rent Cars was easy enough to use but the rental car experience was not worth the savings.

Car was dropped at night without checking for any damage with me. Had to trust they dont purposly look for silly damage without letting me be with them and discuss that. Apart from that everything was fine

“Staff in the Krakow office are fraudulently making customers pay for damage not caused by then.”

I forfeited my car hire at green motion after seeing the staff fraudulently make damage claims on the cars being checked in at the horrified customers' expense. Told them there was no way I would touch their vehicles and went and booked an Avis car.

“Easy to book good service”

The car was damaged a lot all around which is increasing the risk not notice some of them and when you return it to be charged for damage like i had before with them and got charged for 200 pounds. The other thing is that they charge me 20 euro for washing which for Poland is too much.
