Excellent

Great staff who do their best to help

Great service as always

Waited for 2 hours. First told that the issue was with a customer who had returned a dirty car and the upon returning was told there was an issue with the delivery staff. Incompetent staff. Liars and uncompationate staff.

The counter staff were generally useful, but not very enthusiastic. The car came with the baby car seat not attached. I was told I will need to clean the vehicle before checkout or face additional charges, but this was not the case when returning the vehicle (mine was a little dusty, from normal use). On checkout, the shuttle van driver was not very helpful, took forever to help us get in the car and initially did not want to help install the baby car seat for us, claiming the law requires I install it, which would’ve taken a few additional minutes as not all baby car seats are the same.

One thing- i was charged an additional $14.64 by Green Motion when i was picking the car up but the original agreement states I should owe 0.00 at pick up. Can someone look into this pls?? thank you Sylvie Novi

Scums Returned car without issues on inspection by staff then received email about damages present few hours later I have read some feedback about company which helps me understand that that's a fraud
