Overall OK

The place to pick up the car is far from the airport. They come to pick You up but it's not comfortable. But terrible is return. If You do it in the morning You have to depend on the person from parking. And this person is not a worker of Green Motion. The person was not helpful at all. I almost lost my plane. Terrible bad way to solve returrn of the car.

This worse car rental car company in the world they charged my visa 200 dollars for extra insurance . I arrived from Canada to Poland with everything already payed hotel car rental everything!!! I told the person working at green motion car rental I don’t need extra insurance I have it with my visa !!!!!! Then he says I have to buy the extra insurance or I don’t get the car !!! Absolutely a joke ! I Will never use this company agen never !!!!! Absolutely garbage!!!!

We were met very quickly at the airport and were able to pick up our car within only ten minutes. The service was efficient, polite and far exceeded expectations. The staff adapted to our needs with no hassle and we are really grateful for such amazing service at such a good price. Overall this was amazing value.

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, after 11 hours flying with 2 little kids it took about 30 minutes to get my car, plus it was long way to walk to the car with my suitcases and 2 kids. It was very weird that I had to pay to clean the car.

This was the worst experience I ever encountered. The rental office appears to have a scheme established to take advantage of individuals. I was given the car in good condition with various scratches and minor damage, upon my return is when I was unfairly treated. I never used the vehicle for the entire weekend and barely drove the car. Upon check-in the individual inspecting the car identifies to small dots no larger than the tip of a pen. Being such a small dot the check-in individual did not mark the condition report nor did I either. During the check-in I am now required to pay damages to the car for these tiny scratch's. Nor have I received any receipt for the return of the car. I am very displease with the service that has been provided.
