Highly recommend Sicily by Car rental company for their excellent service and quick vehicle inspection process.

The service was satisfactory.

This is the second time renting from this company. They provided an Italian local brand, Lancia. Although it's a small car, it performs excellently on the narrow roads of many small towns in Italy. With a 1.0-liter engine and electric assistance, fuel consumption is extremely low, and the space is sufficient for two people. I purchased full insurance directly from the car rental agency for peace of mind. The staff assured me that even if the car is damaged extensively, there's no need to pay. During drop-off, they didn't even inspect the car.

Condizione della vettura non era buona in senso che mancava l’acqua al tergicristallo e una ruota perdeva aria continuazione, dovevo gonfiare per tutta la settimana

1) The car while booking said medium SUV. However it was a large size SUV. Parking is sometimes challenging in Italy. Ford Kuga shouldn’t be considered as small or mid size. It is a full sized SUV. 2) The experience with Insurance was BAD. While booking it said the full insurance was covered then while picking up the car I was shown different * that said it doesn’t cover full damage.
