Due to language barriers, extending the rental period by an additional two days resulted in the car rental staff requiring me to repurchase insurance for the previous seven days. Attempts to resolve this through the Zuzuche platform and in-person discussions were ineffective, which was very disappointing! It's hard to satisfy users when such a major rental platform cannot resolve common issues like this. Truly frustrating!

They blamed me for not checking the receipt at the time. I argued that I didn’t purchase anything on-site, and having fully prepaid meant I didn’t need to buy anything on the spot. The other side insisted they didn’t sell me anything. I only realized something was wrong when I received a bank notification and got the receipt. How could I have checked the deposit slip in detail then?
