Europcar has high standards and is very efficient. The staff are very friendly, and the pickup and drop-off were handled by elderly folks who chatted with me for quite a while.
The process of renting the car was very slow. There was only one staff member manually entering information into the system, and the underground parking lot entrance was full of mosquitoes.
