It felt like dealing with an 80s state-owned enterprise, completely indifferent. After charging me 2000 NZD for car damage, they said they would provide an invoice and other evidence via email after the car was repaired. When I returned to my country, no one contacted me, which was almost a month and a half later. It was only resolved after I contacted the customer service of the car rental platform and provided evidence. This Chinese-owned car rental company headquartered in Christchurch has an appalling attitude, especially the female Chinese staff. I sincerely hope that all car rental customers avoid being fooled.
