Absolutely horrible experience. Nobody picked us up from the airport for remote location of the car rental agency. No phones were answered. Agency asked for 2,000 euro deposit to use the car. Ended up using other reputable agency with no problems

“I changed 4 cars to get one good”

The rental process is terrible: the waiting time, conditions (no air conditioning and seating area), return process (I had to chase the person receiving the cars). The rental staff treats you like you owe them something, not respectful and ready to provide a service you have paid for. Besides cleanness, cars technical condition is deplorable: 1st failed on the second day, 2nd had a punctured tire, 3rd had a missing wiper blade (which I discovered on the road - serious safety issue). The 3rd was a smaller size luggage space and we had to travel with a seat blocked by suitcases. I had to pick up the 4th car 70km from my destination and spend 1/2 day on the process. I left a 1/4 tank in the process for which, I have not been reimbursed - I was told to contact Easyrentcars. I will never use Surprice again.
