The car rental process was very busy and took a long time. There were 16 people ahead of me, and I waited for about an hour.

Overcharged without clear explanation. They claimed it was a diesel car service fee but we didn't receive any such service. Despite paying the crossing fee to Austria ourselves, they charged an additional €15.99.

Double charged and no response from customer service

I booked a Mercedes A-Class through the Zuzuche app, with the promise of at least an Infiniti if the Mercedes was unavailable. However, when I arrived at the rental location, neither a Mercedes A-Class nor an Infiniti was available. I was offered a choice between a Golf and a Skoda, or I could pay an extra 50 euros per day for a Mercedes GLC. After contacting customer service, they communicated with the rental company and informed me that the Golf was in the same category as the Mercedes A-Class, leaving me with no option but to accept the Golf or pay the extra fee for a better car. To avoid disrupting my plans, I had to accept the Golf, but the experience was very disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, there were no extra sales pitches, and they even added an additional driver for free. The return inspection was also very quick.
