Overall good experience, except for the half-hour queue during pickup; the return was pretty quick.

One night, we forgot to turn off the lights, which drained the battery. We contacted the store but were given the wrong assistance number. Despite repeated calls, they insisted on the incorrect number or suggested we call a nearby return location, which was closed on Sunday. Eventually, we sought help from the hotel and managed to contact AA Roadside Assistance for a jump start.

We got a car that definitely exceed our expectations. Staff were professional and helpful. No hassle regarding insurance. Insurance was offered but he staff did not insist on it.
