The service is okay, and the staff attitude is friendly, but there are some additional charges.

Very satisfied, very friendly to children. Very patient in installing the child safety seat. The car has a large space, enough to fit a 30-inch, 28-inch, and an additional 24-inch suitcase. Perfectly spacious for two families and six people.

The deposit is quite high, 500 AUD. There are additional charges, which are not too much but feel uncomfortable.

Quick counter service at pickup and dropoff. The car was spotless inside and out. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 in a shuttle bus area. But at pickup we had to walk a long way to a Priority pickup area the public use. The shuttle bus area at Terminal 2 would have been much better for seniors with luggage

Website was easy to use and plenty of updates received by email. Next time I would prefer to use Simba Car Insurance as the claim arrangement is not by reimbursement. I sort of got tricked into buying from QEEQ

Very good! The front desk Indian guy was very nice! I just didn't realize they open at 7 AM. My flight was at 8, so I had to ask a friend to return the car. In the rush, we forgot to refuel, and there was a $15 refueling fee plus fuel cost. However, the invoice had all the charges clearly listed. Overall, the experience was very good, and I would rent again. The car was also very new and easy to drive, though this model had issues with CarPlay disconnecting.
