The waiting time was acceptable.

It was very crowded that day, and the pick-up process was extremely slow. Initially, they gave me a K4, but I mentioned that this felt like a downgrade and I was worried it wouldn't fit all my luggage. The staff member, a friendly guy, immediately offered to check if there was an SUV available and upgraded me to a Nissan Rogue for free.

The service process was very organized. There was hardly any queue. The rental company recommended the EZPass in-state toll package, but it turned out to be unnecessary. We didn't travel that much, and part of it was out-of-state tolls not covered by the package. If you don't choose this package, you might actually spend less.

Dislike: That I bought insurance when I didn’t need it, the extra money I didn’t have to spend. Left my sunglasses in the car, hopefully able to get them back?
