It was rush hour when picking up the car, took one and a half hours to get it. They had issues recognizing my driving license, had to explain for a long time before they agreed to rent it to me.

Firstly, Germans have a strong accent, making English communication a bit difficult. I received a fine during my stay in Germany, and when returning the car, they told me to pay it myself without any assistance. When I asked what would happen if I didn't pay, they said they didn't know and were very arrogant. They sent me to the airport post office to pay, but the post office opened at 10, and my flight was at 10:30. Because of this, I missed my flight. Of course, the security check also delayed me, but I am very dissatisfied with the irresponsible attitude of the German rental company.
