Routes should have a separate line for customers who make online arrangements before hand to avoid the excessive waiting among customers barely contracting....

The staff are efficient and courteous. However, the pickup location for the shuttle has changed. Now it's at the international departure shuttle waiting area, no need to go underground.

“Worst experience ever”

The pick up took 2 hours and 10 phone calls. No one gave me a solution and left me waiting outside from 9pm to 11pm after landing . The office people kept apologizing but didn’t solve my issue. Then, the driver said “I never saw you “ and once we were at the counter no compensation was offered even after I asked to add the 2nd driver for free due to all the trouble cause.

“Below expectations.”

Wasn't a Corrola but a equivalent KIA. That was frustrating. It is 5 days now and they didn't reimburse the security deposit yet. Security deposit is also very high (500 CAD).

“Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.”

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
