They mentioned the car had an EZPass, so I assumed it was activated. I used the EZPass lanes all the way, only to find out later that it needed to be turned on to be active. Now I don't know how to deal with all the toll fees, fines, and late charges.

The provided vehicle did not match the description, the car was narrow and uncomfortable, and the trunk was small, fitting only one large suitcase.

My flight arrived in New York early in the morning, and there was only one person at the counter handling car rentals. This person was not familiar with the procedures at all. I had to wait in line for two and a half hours, and it took three hours in total before I could finally drive away.
