The car was a disgrace. Dented both front and back and all down one side. Large paint scrapes front and rear wings. Parked in a corner which made it very difficult to leave car park. Gold car rep totally unhelpful just kept saying it's all on record sheet, so took a number of photos for my records when i returned the car.

The car had quite a few scuffs other then the ones mentioned, but I've told the staff and updated them. No issues when returning the vehicle.

It's same Goldcar scam but under Rhodium brand. They lie to you to make you buy additional insurance. The pickup location was described bad, I needed to find it on my own. I just got fuel refund which is missing 25 euros (I refuelled to 100% 10 minutes before dropping of the car), time to start getting back my money

First car I was allocated, had many dints and scrapes, none of which were marked on the hire contract. Had to return back to the office where they changed the car. Was shocked to be charged for a tan of fuel when collecting the car on a full-to full-agreement . I am waiting for confirmation I have received a full refund without any handling charges.

I was 1 mile from the airport and intended to fill up the gasoline but the car's engine malfunctioned and became very dangerous so I could no longer drive the vehicle. It was not safe for me to proceed with filling up the gasoline tank. The issue was that the engine began to rev up at an accelerated rate of 5 on the tachometer despite my foot was on the break and the vehicle was at a stop. I had no other choice but to put the car into park, pull up the emergency break and turn the vehicle off to avoid throttling into oncoming traffic. Even with the car in ‘park’ the engine was still revving to a 5. As you can see, this car was not safe to drive. I was terrified and almost lost my life had the cur lurched again as it was trying to do, myself and others would have surely been dead. I was infront of Lidos Cuidad Jardin and left the car in the parking lot. It was not safe to operate further. Therefore I was not able to get gasoline and instead had to call a taxi to the airport. This was not only a terrifying experience but highly inconvenient for me to have to call a taxi on a busy road with all of my luggage because the car I rented and trusted would get me back to the airport safely instead malfunctioned and almost cost me my life. I’m disappointed to see I was charged $105 for gas after all of the trouble you caused me and ruined the end of my vacation by putting me in great danger. I would like refund for 1) the $105 for gasoline because it was impossible for me to refuel give the vehicle’s faulty condition and 2) the entire cost of my rental for this inconvenience and trauma you have caused me at the end of my vacation $363.26 ($292.68 + $70.58). Lastly, please get this car fixed before putting other customers lives in danger – this car is not safe.
