Mostly self-service for picking up the car. The pickup location is right next to the baggage claim area, easy to find. Both pickup and drop-off are at the same spot in the airport's P10 parking lot, where nearly all rental cars are located. The rental experience was very successful. The hybrid cars in Norway are great, unlike the situation in Iceland where the battery wasn't working.
