Useless real drama returning the car so annoying incurring cost for international phone calls from my phone as the office was closed and had to return to another location that would have been fine if they had bothered to contact me I mean they had ALL MY CONTACT DETAILS USELESS will never use again they simply don’t care

I really dont know were to start from!!! I booked a car on easyrent cars company europcars. I was very very dissapointed with the staff who were running the europcars at Dubai airport. Me my husband and my 2 year old toddler were exhauseted due to the lateness of flight wen walked into europcars 3 staff memebers were free doing nothing besides talking to eacother 1 was in process of serving a customer we waited their for 45 mins and we did not get served my husband approached a stff member 3 Times and he was told wen we call u then come to the desk they were so rude and so unprofessional at the end we walked out due to the wait. So then we booked a car from HERTZ they were very polite and we got a car whithin 10mins.
