After the flight landed and I picked up my luggage, I called the company and waited for a short while before the shuttle arrived. Everything was very smooth. However, it's important to do some homework in advance about the shuttle pickup location, as it might be a bit challenging to find if your English isn't great.

One of the few reliable car rental companies. The rental process was relatively smooth. (Sydney Airport pickup location—few Indian employees, so the chances of being scammed are much lower, yes, I mean Zoomcar)

You need to call the store with an Australian phone number. I couldn't get through with my domestic number, but my friend was able to reach them using an Australian number.

Great service, offered an upgrade to a SUV for an extra $2 per day to accomodate our luggage.
