Good service.

Overall service was good. The waiting time for picking up the car was quite long, and there were upselling attempts for upgraded models and insurance, which I declined. The car was fine and there were no issues during the trip.

We booked a Dodge-type vehicle but got a Hyundai MPV instead. The car was equally spacious, accommodating 4 people and 5 suitcases. When we found out the trunk couldn't fit all the luggage, we folded down the third row, which created plenty of space. During the trip, there was a small incident where we missed booking an extra room for one night. We realized the trunk area was large enough for one person to sleep. Listening to the rain and train at night, I had a particularly good sleep. The car was new, only driven for 4000 miles, just past the break-in period, with strong power. No issues arose during the trip.

Pick up was extremely good at Seattle Airport. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, got us on the road quickly. Drop-off staff were not as friendly and failed to explain why an early drop off fee was charged despite drop off only being 25 minutes before late fee would be charged. This was extremely disappointing.

Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank.
Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
