We hoped Zuzuche would help contact the 24-hour car rental office, but they couldn’t reach them either. Feeling anxious, we had to change our entire afternoon itinerary to personally drive to the rental office to record evidence and communicate face-to-face with them. It was a very unpleasant experience that made me question how the platform reviews and manages the qualifications of local rental companies.

The pick-up and drop-off were easy, and the car was in good condition. However, they didn't accept AXA insurance and sold me their insurance, saying, "My car, my insurance" I asked QEEQ to cancel AXA insurance, and they did it. The pick-up and drop-off points are outside the airport, and they pick you up from the airport. I recommend them in total.

It was great as I faced with a counter insurance and asked QEEQ to cancel the AXA insurance. They did it smoothly without any issues.
