Search for Firefly Car Rentals in Pyrmont

perfect First time experience

Reviewed: Fri, Nov 10, 2017
About Firefly: 10.0 /10
Like: I reserved the car with ease, and received an email with all the information I needed, including deposit and what I would need to bring with me. The staff were extremely friendly and went thought all the contract with ,e The Car was extremely clean, with a full tank of fuel.
Dislike: I would have liked to receive the Toll charge as close to the return as possible.

“Go to Hertz Who Own Firefly as There is No Signage for Firefly”
About Firefly: 8.0 /10
Having arrived after midnight. Address given and phone number were closed down. Took Uber to go to other terminal. Only to find out that Hertz managed Firefly. This would have been nice to know as there was a lot of mucking around. Plus had to get email with lower price as Hertz we’re going to charge more. Other than that great.

“Car was extremely filthty when i picked it up!”
About Firefly: 6.3 /10
I would appreciate if customer service would concentrate on doing her job rather than talking to her other colleagues while handling me. Its kinda rude & unprofessional! Wasted a lot of my time!

“My car rental experience couldn't have been better!”
About Firefly: 10.0 /10
Like: I loved cruising down the coast in my modern, clean and trendy rental car. Even though I'm below 21 years of age I was able to hire it and didn't have to pay a huge bond either. The car was pristine clean, drove perfectly and I was really happy with the customer service I experienced before and after the hire.
