Europcar service is a bit lacking. They don't assist you in picking up the car but instead show you a map of the airport parking lot, indicate a specific area, and leave you to find it on your own. Initially, I didn't memorize the map, went outside, and found the parking lot to be extremely large. Spent half an hour searching in cold weather, then had to return to look at the map again. I recommend taking a photo of the map for easier reference.

Helpful at reception, explain the car hire pick up and later drop off process. Next time will probably get a EV instead of PHEV.

Got a really nice, new car from Europcar (Ford Fiesta) with a navigation. They informed me well about the returnal.

Extremely pleased with the car and with the service provided by the Europcar staff at pickup. The car provided was probably a step up from that ordered but was excellent. The instructions provided by the staff were clear and concise and I thoroughly enjoyed my rental experience.

As a booking platform Easyrent was excellent. Using Easyrent halved the price I expected to pay, based on the quotes from 5 other rental companies for a one month rental in which I drove over 5000km in Scandinavia. I was extremly pleased I booked through Easyrent and will use them again.
