Reasonable & efficient car rental experience

It's okay, but there are a bit too few staff members.

Forced to buy the mandatory store insurance for 680 euros (5000 RMB) for 14 days. The car provided was just average. Cross-border fee was 178 euros (1400 RMB). I personally recommend buying the full insurance from the rental service. My deposit has still not been refunded even though the order is completed.

I arrived 4 hours early and asked the staff if it was possible to pick up the car earlier. They recommended an Audi and even though I asked twice, they said it was the same price. However, upon returning the car, I was charged over 300 euros more. The staff in Madrid confirmed that the price had increased.

This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.

We prepaid for the full amount, but due to a flight delay of over two hours, the rental company gave our reserved car to someone else. We had to wait at the airport for more than an hour, and the car they eventually provided was very dirty, with bird droppings on it.
